Dr Bateman is a great professional who is passionate about helping people. She is polite, well-mannered doctor, alway happy to explain course of treatment and answer any questions. She rejects superficial approach and is intended to find a cure of ilness rather than just a treatment

Condescending and patronising attitude. Does not listen but speaks louder to drown you out. No regard for patient welfare or vulnerability and can be intimidating if you do not agree or comply. Only her voice or opinion matters.

My first appointment with Dr Bateman and was feeling very nervous.
I was very pleased to be Greeted with a smile, which was warm and welcoming.
I was made to feel relaxed, and calm, during the appointment.
Everything was explained clearly and in terms us non medical folk can understand & from my perception was very attentive & showed genuine care. I wasn’t made to feel like “just another patient to deal with”
